Sie ersparen Ihnen repetitive Arbeit und erm\u00f6glichen es, hilfreiche Antworten auf wiederkehrende Fragen schneller zu geben. Dieser Artikel zeigt, wie Sie vorgefertigte Antworten mit Outlook-E-Mail-Vorlagen (OFT-Dateien sowie mit dem My Templates Add-In) und mit E-Mail-Signaturen verwenden. Zum Schluss zeige ich Ihnen, wie Sie vorgefertigte Antworten f\u00fcr das gesamte Team oder die gesamte Organisation gleichzeitig verwalten k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dies ist der zweite Teil des Artikels \u00fcber vorgefertigte Antworten in Outlook. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mail-signatures.com\/de\/articles\/vorgefertigte-antworten-schnellbausteine-in-outlook\/\">Siehe Teil 1<\/a>, in dem ich die Verwendung von Outlook-Schnellbausteinen erkl\u00e4re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Outlook-Vorlagen (OFT)<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Es gibt zwei Arten von Outlook-Vorlagen: OFT und My Templates. So funktioniert es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Klicken Sie in einem Fenster zum Verfassen von Nachrichten (es funktioniert auch in der E-Mail-Vorschau) auf die Schaltfl\u00e4che <strong>View Templates<\/strong>. Sie k\u00f6nnen Tastenkombinationen verwenden, um geringf\u00fcgige Anpassungen vorzunehmen (wie <strong>Strg+B<\/strong> f\u00fcr Fett), aber es ist am einfachsten, Ihre vorgefertigte Antwort einfach im Standardfenster f\u00fcr neue Nachrichten von Outlook zu verfassen und den Inhalt hier einzuf\u00fcgen. Sie k\u00f6nnen formatierten Text und Bilder in den Add-In-Bereich einf\u00fcgen, diese werden jedoch im Vorschaufeld nicht korrekt angezeigt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es gibt keine M\u00f6glichkeit, vorgefertigte Antworten f\u00fcr ein Team oder f\u00fcr das gesamte Unternehmen zentral zu verwalten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>E-Mail-Signaturen<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich werde nicht n\u00e4her darauf eingehen, wie E-Mail-Signaturen hinzugef\u00fcgt und verwendet werden. Sie k\u00f6nnen in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mail-signatures.com\/de\/articles\/e-mail-signatur-in-outlook-2019\/\">diesem Ratgeber<\/a> nachschlagen, wenn Sie Anweisungen zum Einrichten ben\u00f6tigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die E-Mail-Signaturfunktion wird normalerweise f\u00fcr Ihre professionellen HTML-E-Mail-Signaturen verwendet. Im n\u00e4chsten Abschnitt werde ich Ihnen jedoch zeigen, wie Sie dies mit einem Drittanbieter-Tool beheben k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vorgefertigte Antworten f\u00fcr Ihr Team zentral verwalten<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie vorgefertigte Antworten (\u00fcber E-Mail-Signaturen) f\u00fcr Ihr Team mit nativen Optionen zentral verwalten m\u00f6chten, k\u00f6nnen Sie die folgende L\u00f6sung verwenden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.codetwo.com\/admins-blog\/vbscript-create-an-html-outlook-email-signature-for-the-whole-company\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">VBScript: Erstellen Sie eine HTML-Outlook-E-Mail-Signatur f\u00fcr das gesamte Unternehmen<\/a> \u2013 diese Methode verwendet GPO, um personalisierte HTML-E-Mail-Signaturen f\u00fcr das gesamte Unternehmen zu erstellen. Sie k\u00f6nnen damit auch vorgefertigte Antworten bereitstellen. Es stellt Signaturen f\u00fcr Outlook f\u00fcr Windows bereit. Das Problem bei dieser L\u00f6sung besteht darin, dass sie einige Skript- und HTML-Kenntnisse erfordert. Sie personalisiert auch Signaturen basierend auf lokalem AD, was ein Problem darstellt, wenn Sie Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) verwenden. Sie ist auch ziemlich problematisch, wenn es um Updates geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gl\u00fccklicherweise gibt es eine Drittanbieter-Alternative, die nicht unter diesen Einschr\u00e4nkungen leidet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.codetwo.de\/email-signatures\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">CodeTwo Email Signatures 365<\/a> k\u00f6nnen Sie E-Mail-Signaturen f\u00fcr das gesamte Unternehmen direkt \u00fcber einen Webbrowser erstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eines der sofort einsatzbereiten Anwendungsbeispiele ist die Verwaltung vorgefertigter Antworten f\u00fcr ein Team oder f\u00fcr das gesamte Unternehmen. Sie k\u00f6nnen so viele vorgefertigte Antworten einrichten, wie Sie ben\u00f6tigen. Diese k\u00f6nnen den Nachrichtentext selbst sowie eine Signatur und einen entsprechenden Haftungsausschluss enthalten. Jeder Benutzer (oder Benutzer, die zu bestimmten Gruppen geh\u00f6ren) kann dann die vorgefertigte Antwort direkt in seinem Outlook oder Outlook im Web ausw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a
